If you suffer from paruresis, you probably know how important it is to be able to achieve a peaceful, relaxed  Music has the power to change your state of mind completely. It can provide a fast and easy means of relaxing when you are feeling stressed out or anxious. It can be even more effective when combined with yoga techniques like deep breathing and meditation.

A blog post written by an insomniac with anxiety discusses a particular song developed to help people fall asleep. The song is supposed to be so effective at helping with relaxation and inducing sleep that it is not recommended for people to listen to it while driving.

The song is eight minutes long and was developed by sound therapists in the UK. While the producers of the song claim it is scientifically based, the blogger who writes about the song warns that the claims of the it being “the most relaxing tune ever” may not necessarily be true.
